Are you seeking a deeper understanding of yourself and your identity as you navigate cultural expectations, life transitions, and personal growth? As a compassionate and warm trauma-informed mental health psychotherapist, I work with adults and emerging adults who feel anxious, stuck, or uncertain about their path.

Through mindfulness, collaboration, and culturally responsive therapy, I help you build resilience, reduce distress, and create meaningful change aligned with your values. I specialize in trauma-informed care, strength-based insights, cultural sensitivity, and self-discovery to serve as your guide supporting you through change.

I look forward to helping you reconnect with your values, finding your inner strength, building a stronger sense of self, and bringing balance to your life.

I believe in creating a liberated, collaborative, and open space where you feel seen and supported by a compassionate and steady partner in your healing journey. My approach is personalized to your unique needs, utilizing an integrative therapeutic approach consisting of humanistic, psychodynamic, and positive psychology. No matter your struggle, I work with you in a way that best suits you to achieve the change you desire and empower growth.

My therapy journey grew from a deep interest in human resilience and the stories that shape us. Experiencing my own transitions in life strengthened my commitment to helping others navigate theirs, while navigating complex family and career challenges helped strengthen my understanding of identity development. These experiences shaped my approach to care, where I bring empathy, curiosity, and a grounded presence to each session.

When I’m not in the office, I’m out exploring the city! I love trying new experiences, from unique restaurants to undiscovered travel spots. I also enjoy reading and playing video and board games.
