Marriage & Family Therapist, LMFT
Accepting clients Last Updated Today

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in relationships, whether through individual, couples, or family work. I take a systemic perspective, meaning we will zoom out and explore the many interconnected parts that shape your experience, including family of origin, societal factors, cultural influences, and gender dynamics. I especially enjoy working with women who are exploring autonomy, deepening self-awareness, and building stronger attunement with themselves.

In addition to individual work, I also enjoy working with couples who feel caught in the same painful patterns, repeating arguments, feeling unheard, and unsure how to move forward. In our work together, we focus on improving communication, deepening understanding, rebuilding connection, and rediscovering the fondness and appreciation that brought you together.
