Hello! We are a Fort Collins based private practice focused on providing quality, compassionate care to all that come into our office. Each of our therapists has a slightly different approach, and area of specialty, please take a look at our website for more detail, but below is a brief overview.

Rachel- individual & Couples with anxiety, communication issues, self esteem, attachment wounds, and eating disorders/body image.

Kady- individual, couples & family with attachment wounds, trauma, anxiety, communication/connection concerns, and life transitions.

Jessica- individual & couples with anxiety, trauma, attachment concerns, conflict management repair, and life transitions.

Emily- Individuals with executive functioning, trauma, chronic pain, anxiety, and life transitions.

Andrea- Individuals & couples with anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, and struggling with perfectionism.
