Anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma are some of the most challenging issues to live with. In my work with individuals, families, and couples I've had the opportunity to help guide my clients through these struggles and begin experiencing more fulfilling lives. I also have experience working with clients on body-image-related issues and deconstructing the standard idea of beauty. If these issues are relatable to you, please know you are not alone. It is extremely courageous to take this first step to seek help and guidance.

As a marriage and family therapist, I believe that relational work can be an incredible way to embark on a healing journey. No one lives on this earth alone, nor should we feel as though we do. Strengthening or rebuilding our relationships, even the one we have with ourselves, can positively impact our lives in incredible ways.
