Susanna Yudkin Therapy

Pre-Licensed Professional
Last Updated 1270 days ago

My therapeutic approach is insight-oriented, relational, and collaborative. I work with adults, couples, and adolescents to make meaningful changes in their lives. Together, we will take the time to get to the heart of your story and uncover deep-rooted emotional patterns. I specialize in anxiety, depression, identity issues, relationship issues, and self-esteem.

I use psychodynamic theory to explore how our early experiences impact our current functioning, and I see the therapeutic relationship as a corrective experience to heal our early attachment wounds. In our work together, I will gently challenge you to say the unsayable, learn to trust yourself, get out of your own way, and discover new ways to relate to yourself and others.

I am a Licensed Social Worker in private practice in Denver, Colorado. I earned my Masters in Social Work with a concentration in Family Systems as well as a post-graduate certificate in trauma therapy from the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work. I also completed a post-graduate program in Marriage and Family therapy at Denver Family Institute.
