Catherine House
I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults across a broad range of life stages. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, life transitions, relationship challenges, school and work-related stress, LGBTQ+ concerns, and other life events. I also explore how menstrual health, puberty, hormones, perimenopause, menopause, and other cycle-related changes can impact mood, relationships, daily functioning, and overall well-being.
Life can be exciting and meaningful, but it can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re facing a major transition, struggling to understand what you’re feeling, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to provide a space where you can pause, take a breath, and explore what’s happening without judgment. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to better understand yourself and create meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, inclusive environment where growth, healing, and self-acceptance are always possible. Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Come and Mend!
