I believe that therapy can help us to move toward greater self-understanding, empowerment, and fulfillment. I strive to create a supportive therapeutic space in which you and I can collaboratively process through thoughts, feelings, and experiences with openness and compassion. So often societal messages and stigmas can cause us to view our behaviors with shame and judgment, which can lead us to feel even more stuck. My goal is to support you in slowing down, shifting toward curiosity and compassion, and feeling empowered to make the changes that you seek. I've been practicing for 12+ years and in recent years have realized that I love working with individual women 15+yo, so I began catering my practice ONLY to this population! Please check out my website - I hope it will answer many of your questions, but please reach out to me by phone or email with any additional questions. Also, though you can book an appointment directly through my website and I try to keep those options updated, please contact me if you'd like to make an appointment but none of the times listed work for you. This has been an incredibly difficulty time dealing with world/US events in addition to school and life transitions and I'd be glad to help you navigate whatever areas of life are bringing you to counseling at this time.

As a Board-Certified Neurofeedback Practitioner and Clinical Psychologist, I believe everyone holds the strength to grow and heal, even when life feels overwhelming. Whatever you're facing, you don't have to go through it alone. Therapy doesn't have to feel clinical or one sided. I offer a genuine authentic connection. I've been practicing for over ten years and specialize in counseling siblings, twins, and their loved one's ages 12 and up who need real world guidance around complex twin, sibling, and relationship issues. In our first sessions, we'll create a safe, supportive space to explore your concerns and goals. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan to support your growth, emotional well-being, and lasting change. I use a solution focused and goal-oriented approach to help clients manage trauma, anxiety, and emotional challenges. I teach you skills to overcome anxiety, depression, ADHD, lack of self-love, relationship or parenting struggles. My success lies in years of personal and professional experiences helping people just like you. I offer warm, judgement free, evidence-based care tailored to you and your needs. My approach blends person-centered therapy, mindfulness, dialectical, cognitive, and attached-based techniques. If you’re ready to start or continue your healing journey, I’d be honored to walk beside you. That first step can feel big or scary, but you don’t have to take it alone. Reach out if your curious about therapy or want to see if we are a good fit. Together, we will move toward the healthier, more fulfilling life you deserve.

My clients are what I like to call "smart, but stuck." If you experience anxiety, OCD, phobias, or panic attacks, you know how you can get tied into knots trying to arrange your life to control fearful thoughts and feelings. You might find yourself getting stuck in overthinking, repetitive actions, research, reassurance seeking, and avoidance of people, places, and situations that you used to enjoy. I help people get liberated from anxiety by getting unstuck from what doesn't work.

We are always changing, learning, and growing. Our bodies are wired with an innate capacity for and draw towards this growth. If you are feeling stuck, sad, anxious, angry, or lost you are in the right place. In therapy we will work together to create the conditions to allow that growth process to unfold. That may be learning skills, processing emotions or events, or practicing new ways of being. I believe deeply in the unique gifts of each of my clients and we’ll work by identifying places of stuckness and leveraging the strengths and resources that are already a part of who you are towards the growth you are longing for. Growth, like any other change, can be scary, exciting, messy, and sometimes confusing. Working with me you will have a safe place to explore the twists and turns of your journey, knowing you don't have to do this alone. I am a therapist with experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment wounding, and suicidality. I have worked in outdoor therapeutic settings and crisis response. I work with LGBTQ2IA+ and trans/non-binary folks in their journeys with sexuality and gender. And I operate with a lens of systemic oppression and community healing, using both cognitive and body-based frameworks. I work with adults, young adults, and teens.

I believe our world can be so fast-paced and suffers from a lack of presence. This can result in isolation, not feeling heard, or feelings of overwhelm and stress. If you need a place to set your burdens down for a moment, I am able to give you that support. I feel equipped to help you if you are struggling with any trauma, grief, attachment wounds, neurodiversity, career guidance, anxiety/depression, or men's/women's/general identity challenges. If you are feeling burdened or hurt, you are not alone. I encourage you to reach out to me. Even if we are not a good fit, I enjoy helping you to find a therapist who is!

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Former college athlete turned therapist. I'll be bringing with me my experience working with clients aged 5 to 75 on goals related to life changes, family dynamics, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, substance use, ADHD, and more. I lean on a humanistic and strengths-based style to bring warmth into our work. Open to working with individuals, families, siblings, or couples. Currently only offering virtual sessions. Best way to book is by texting or calling 610-904-3476. I see therapy as an opportunity to highlight your strengths and natural inclination for healing. I offer a warm and compassionate space to explore your emotional landscape in a way that feels right for you. Whether we are working on finding a deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns you find yourself in, processing trauma, building skills for better relationships with yourself and others, or any goal you can think of, I'll be offering modalities and interventions that fit your needs. I'm always open for feedback and pivoting our work to best suite you for the season of life you find yourself in. In our first session, you can expect me to give you the opportunity to share what brought you to therapy. I'll ask about the history you feel comfortable sharing about yourself. You'll have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have for me and our work together. Most importantly, we'll start to create the building blocks for trust and comfort, however that looks for you. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, biking, reading, and enjoying cozy cups of tea.

Treatment program
Estes Park, CO

Harmony Recovery is a 3.7 medical detox and residential addiction treatment program. We serve men and women ages 18+. We are located on a 43-acre campus in beautiful Estes Park, CO where we try and utilize our backyard as much as possible. Additionally, we offer virtual IOP in the mornings and evenings for commercial insurances only. Harmony Recovery is in-network with most major insurance companies including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, ComPsych, UCHealth, Humana, Poudre School District, Optum, United Health, Kaiser, Medicaid, Multiplan, PHCS, Mines, Rocky Mtn Health Plans and many more. During the client’s stay in our residential care, they will benefit from 24-hour attention provided by highly skilled staff, ensuring comprehensive clinical, medical, and spiritual support. Individualized treatment is based on each client’s personal goals and preferences, level of motivation, co-occurring mental health, medical, and spiritual needs. The residential addiction treatment program consists of men’s and women’s tracks. These tracks conducted separately, with men and women living and receiving treatment in separate facilities. This allows us to address the underlying issues that affect each differently that contribute to the disease of addiction. Mornings focus on group-based cognitive behavioral therapy, leveraging the outdoors as often as possible. Daily hikes along our “12 Step” Trail are normal, while afternoons are set aside for educational offerings. Individually, clients meet weekly with a primary therapist and a case manager. Additional services are available as well, such as specialty groups for 12 Step, Trauma, and Co-Occurring Disorders. Clients diagnosed with mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, and other trauma-related responses, meet with appropriate staff. Clinical staff work with clients to teach healthy coping skills while the medical team provide medication management.
