Hi! Many of the clients I work with are looking to work through trauma and work towards building and maintaining fulfilling relationships, process trauma from relationships, reduce anxiety and depression, and learn healthy coping skills. In sessions I place high importance on the relationships I build with my clients as this plays the most crucial role in therapy success. I model my values by maintaining an approach that is affirming, trauma-informed, open-minded, and compassionate while also being direct. My approach will honor your unique experience and be focused on your personal needs. I incorporate CBT, RCT, EMDR & narrative therapy into our sessions to help you navigate harmful thinking patterns/behaviors, process trauma, & have healthier relationships with yourself/others.

Shannon's passion is working with women through the life stages offering healing, empowerment and support. But with that new independence often comes uncertainty and challenges in navigating new relationships, missing family and friends, low self-esteem, anxiety and/or depression. College is a big life transition and Shannon is honored to walk with you in your journey thru it to help you gain greater self-acceptance, relief from depression, anxiety or other mental health concerns, confidence in relational issues, and the ability to manage stress better.
Hey! My name is Erin Zabel and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with five years experience in the mental health field. I became interested in psychology around the age of ten when a key individual in my life suddenly passed away. I learned firsthand the effects of grief and loss, and how to persevere through the emotional rollercoaster. I am a compassionate, empathetic professional who strives to provide those with a safe space to share their vulnerabilities. I don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, therefore I cater to what is most suitable for the client. I tend to work with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief and loss, trauma, and interpersonal conflict; to name a few. Please feel free to reach out if you’re struggling with any of these, and we can work together towards a life of relief, acceptance and freedom!
As a bilingual licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience in medical and community-based settings, I have supported people coping with chronic medical conditions, depression, anxiety, academic and learning concerns, trauma, and neurodivergence. Having lived, traveled, and worked in a diversity of regions throughout my early adulthood and career, I have built strong relationships with people from all walks of life. These experiences have informed my perspective and values as a professional and a human. Are you looking for shorter term support in addressing a particular relationship or stressor? Perhaps you are feeling stuck in anxiety or low energy and need a gentle nudge to “get moving” on something. Or maybe you view therapy as a more gradual, exploratory process. I view you as the expert on your life experiences and needs, and myself as a non-judgmental adviser and holder of hope on your healing journey. I approach each session with curiosity, realness, and humility. My therapeutic interventions are rooted in cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and attachment theories and I value and support the exploration of intersecting identities and the impact of systemic bias, racism, and privilege on mental, interpersonal, and community wellbeing. Regardless of our focus, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space as we face life's challenges together, and my hope is that you will leave each session feeling both challenged and nurtured.
Hi, I’m Amanda. I work with individuals and couples who want to get to the root of their patterns—whether it’s relational conflict, trauma symptoms, anxiety, or a sense that something deeper is in the way of fully living. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but exhausted internally. Others feel flooded, shut down, or stuck in dynamics they can’t quite name. I help you slow down and listen to the wisdom of your nervous system, so we can understand how past experiences may still be living in your body—and gently unwind them. My approach integrates EMDR, somatic therapy, parts work (IFS-informed), and body-based listening tools like the Safe and Sound or Rest and Restore Protocol. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for those seeking an altered state of consciousness to process trauma or reconnect with meaning. When working with couples, I draw from Relational Life Therapy to help partners move beyond blame and disconnection and into clarity, ownership, and renewed connection. I also offer Discernment Counseling which is a short term focused therapy for couples unsure whether to stay or separate—with compassion for both perspectives. Outside the therapy room, I spend as much time as I can outdoors—going on “bug hunts” with my son, hiking local trails with my husband, or exploring a new interest in horseback riding. I also love yoga, travel, and quiet mornings with coffee and books. If you’re ready to get curious about what your symptoms are trying to say—and want to feel more connected to yourself and your relationships—I’d be honored to support your journey.
Hi there! My name is Kayla Deep, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping people experience more peace, emotional regulation, and confidence. The stories we tell ourselves about our lives are very powerful. By identifying the narratives that are empowering us and the ones that are causing us harm, we can choose to write a new story, one where we are our most authentic selves. I aim to create an environment conducive to growth with a warm and affirming presence. You are the expert of your experience, and I am here to help reflect your wisdom back to you. I especially love working with people who are undergoing some kind of transition (graduation, moving, loss of a person or relationship) as I believe these are often times where we grow the most. Whatever approach we use will be tailored to your individual needs and goals, changing and evolving as you change and evolve! Creating a warm and empowering environment to process your stressors is important to me. If this sounds like a good fit for you, please reach out to schedule a consultation!
My practice specializes in individual psychotherapy via telehealth either phone or video at this time. I have a Jungian orientation and also focus on spiritual development. One of my greatest interests is helping young people grow their identities and beliefs into mature approaches to life.

I work with non-linear thinkers who are searching for a therapist with intuitive wisdom who cherishes the divergent path. I specializes in connecting with ADHDers who have always felt different even if others couldn't tell. My clients are notoriously curious and adept improvisors, who are playfully creative, but they still feel perpetually out-of-sync with the world around them. They charm others with their insight and levity, and save the biting criticisms for themselves. So they end up feeling like anxious imposters, waiting to be exposed. Acquiescing to others has helped you get by without too many catastrophes, but deep down you can't keep convincing yourself that you're okay with just getting by. There's a deeper itch that's beckoning you into an alternative way of being. Yes, still different, but personal, integrated, aligned with your soul. I approach therapy as the life-changing work that it is, and while there's a serious commitment to exploring one's psyche, it doesn't mean you or I are required to take ourselves too seriously. Excavating one's own lived experience and the difficulty of navigating a world not built for you is not for the faint of heart, yet we continue to be curious, adapt, and play. I am intentional in creating and holding space for clients to find and share a more authentic version of themselves. Clients are well-met when they bring curiosity about their distinct approach to life, courage to speak what has been left unsaid, and compassion to nurture a deeper truth about themselves.
Hi, I’m Annette Godbout, LCSW. I’m a licensed therapist with nearly 6 years of experience supporting individuals of all ages and from all walks of life. I truly believe that everyone possesses the tools within for self-healing and recovery, and I would be honored to walk beside you on your journey. I believe the first step in healing is being given a safe and nonjudgmental space to truly be seen and heard. I give every client a space of warmth, empathy, acceptance, and support. My approach draws from evidence based modalities including EMDR, CBT, and DBT. My unique skillset positions me to help you find your happiest and healthiest self that already exists within. My years working with children in behavioral health, transitioning to teens with complex trauma, and spending the last years working with adults of all ages gives me a robust repertoire to pull from for clients of all ages. Ultimately, everyone is different and there is certainly no “one size fits all” path to healing. I would be thrilled to help you find your path. I specialize in life transitions, emotional regulation, trauma processing and recovery, anxiety, depression, grief work, and overall stress management for the overwhelm that daily life can bring. I bring a client focused approach to my practice helping clients build insight and emotional resilience to evoke long lasting and meaningful change. I’m glad that you are here. The true courage lies in taking the first step.
As a Board-Certified Neurofeedback Practitioner and Clinical Psychologist, I believe everyone holds the strength to grow and heal, even when life feels overwhelming. Whatever you're facing, you don't have to go through it alone. Therapy doesn't have to feel clinical or one sided. I offer a genuine authentic connection. I've been practicing for over ten years and specialize in counseling siblings, twins, and their loved one's ages 12 and up who need real world guidance around complex twin, sibling, and relationship issues. In our first sessions, we'll create a safe, supportive space to explore your concerns and goals. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan to support your growth, emotional well-being, and lasting change. I use a solution focused and goal-oriented approach to help clients manage trauma, anxiety, and emotional challenges. I teach you skills to overcome anxiety, depression, ADHD, lack of self-love, relationship or parenting struggles. My success lies in years of personal and professional experiences helping people just like you. I offer warm, judgement free, evidence-based care tailored to you and your needs. My approach blends person-centered therapy, mindfulness, dialectical, cognitive, and attached-based techniques. If you’re ready to start or continue your healing journey, I’d be honored to walk beside you. That first step can feel big or scary, but you don’t have to take it alone. Reach out if your curious about therapy or want to see if we are a good fit. Together, we will move toward the healthier, more fulfilling life you deserve.
