I specialize in seeing young people: adolescents, college students/young adults. My work generally addresses mood, identity, social-emotional, behavioral, and organizational concerns. Developing a trusting therapeutic relationship is essential to therapy and I will work with you to identify your concerns. I incorporate a problem-solving, supportive approach to help clients process, while utilizing evidence-based therapy interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.

I am a LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and strive to provide a safe and compassionate environment for my clients.
