Whether you’re looking to address a recent life transition or hoping to address more chronic mental health concerns, I understand that beginning with a new therapist is a vulnerable, and often challenging, step to take. While I have an eclectic approach to therapy in order to meet the unique needs of each individual client, my approach is always warm, collaborative, laid-back, and client driven. I’m particularly passionate about working with adolescents and young adults struggling with self-injurious behaviors, suicidality, eating disorders, and trauma. I also have considerable experience working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Regardless of the unique circumstances that led you to seek therapy, I strive to help you feel seen, heard, and valued. I hope you’ll reach out so we can explore how I can help!

I offer 60 minute sessions and specialize in half day therapy retreats. A therapy retreat is an efficient and comprehensive pathway to heal trauma in consecutive days instead of over many years in weekly therapy, and can accelerate symptom relief. I utilize evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, Progressive Counting, and the Flash Technique to effectively heal the roots of distressing emotions and negative beliefs stored within traumatic memories. I bring my passion for somatic psychology, trauma-sensitive mindfulness, and attachment theory to my therapeutic approach. I invite my clients to offer a gentle curiosity to all parts of themselves, so that together we may attune to what the body, heart, and spirit are most needing to restore wholeness. I offer Telehealth and in-person sessions at my Portland Old Port office. I welcome the opportunity to hear from you to determine if my services are a good fit for what you are seeking.

College can look exciting and successful from the outside while feeling overwhelming behind the scenes. You may be struggling with anxiety, academic pressure, perfectionism, relationship concerns, family expectations, or uncertainty about who you are and what comes next. Maybe others see you as responsible, driven, or strong, but you feel exhausted from trying to keep everything together. I work with college students who are used to putting pressure on themselves, taking care of others, or feeling as though they must always perform well. Therapy can be a space where you do not have to have all the answers. Together, we can explore the experiences and patterns contributing to your stress, strengthen your confidence, and help you develop healthier boundaries, relationships, and coping skills. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. Whether you are adjusting to college, navigating friendships or dating, questioning your identity, managing family stress, or preparing for life after graduation, I will support you in gaining clarity and feeling more grounded. Contact me for a free consultation to ask questions, learn more about my approach, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

I specialize in supporting individuals through some of life's most tender and transformative moments: major life transitions, chronic health concerns, bereavement, shifts in identity, pregnancy and postpartum well-being and more. These are experiences that can shake us to our core — and they deserve more than a surface-level approach. Healing here doesn't have to look one way. Each session draws from somatic awareness, mindfulness, creativity, & talk therapy — tailored to what feels right for you. Through this whole-person approach, we'll work together to reconnect with your resilience, release what no longer serves you, and find your way back to yourself — toward peace & fulfillment My work is grounded in my training as an Art Therapist (ATR) and Psychotherapist (LPC/LCMHC), alongside study in somatic and polyvagal work, mindfulness-based practices, and attachment theory. I'd love to support you through whatever you're carrying. Please don't hesitate to reach out.

I am a psychotherapist in private practice in Manhattan. In my practice, I work with people who are experiencing a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety and relationship difficulties. My goal is to provide a warm and collaborative relationship in which these topics can be explored. I believe that a successful therapeutic relationship is based on trust and can help bring about growth and change. I offer clinical supervision to psychotherapists in private practice and as part of the William Alanson White Institute's Intensive Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program. Thank you for stopping by! I'm Jenn! College is an incredible time where we are gaining independence and working towards our next phase of life while figuring out where we belong, what our next steps will be, and hopefully having some fun while we do it! My passion is working with young adults in helping them to better understand themselves, figure out where they want to go next, and navigate a new world of responsibility. As someone who spent 4 years in undergrad and 3 years in grad school myself, I know how hard it can be to be away from home, trying to figure out where you fit in both on campus and in the world as whole. Mental health needs don't stop because we've got work to do... in fact, they can feel much worse when accompanied by the additional demands of being a college student, being away from home, and not wanting to let your family down. Whether you could use some help deciding on a career path, adjusting to the change from high school to college, or are struggling with low self-esteem, lack of confidence, anxiety, stress, or relationship issues, I will work collaboratively with you, building on your strengths and what is important to you while helping to guide you towards the goals you would like to achieve, even if you're not quite sure what those goals are just yet!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you're carrying invisible weight no one else can see? Whether you're juggling classes, navigating relationships, questioning your identity, or dealing with family or cultural pressure, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m Tsuki, and I specialize in working with students who often feel like they don’t quite “fit the mold.” Many of the students I support are BIPOC, neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD), and LGBTQIA+, and they're trying to make sense of who they are while moving through complex systems that weren’t built with them in mind. In therapy, your whole self is welcome — even the parts that feel messy or misunderstood. I offer online therapy in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese and bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to our work together. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and always grounded in respect for who you are and what you need. If you’re looking for support with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, identity questions, or just feeling stuck — I’m here to help.

I provide a supportive, trauma-informed space where preteens, teens, young adults, and adults can feel safe exploring their emotions, relationships, and life experiences without judgment. Together, we’ll work to better understand patterns of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm while building practical tools to feel more confident, grounded, and empowered. In my role as a school adjustment counselor, I have experience supporting students and families navigating academic pressure, social challenges, emotional regulation, school avoidance, grief, anxiety, depression and life transitions. Primarily using evidence-based approaches including CBT, trauma informed care and somatic-based interventions. My goal is to help you recognize inner strengths, build resilience, and create a greater sense of safety, balance, and hope for the future. At Hive Health, we believe healing is not one‑size‑fits‑all. Whether you’re a medical student carrying the weight of burnout, a young adult navigating life transitions, or a teen exploring your identity, you deserve care that sees the whole you. Like a hive, our well‑being is interconnected. When one part struggles, the whole system feels it. College and young adulthood can be exciting, confusing, stressful, and exhausting — sometimes all at once. I work with students who are dealing with anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, identity exploration, academic pressure, and major life transitions. I aim to create a therapy space that feels genuine, supportive, and judgment-free. You don’t need to have the “right” words or know exactly what’s wrong to begin therapy. Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you, strengthen coping skills, and help you feel more grounded and connected in your day-to-day life. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs and goals. Therapy is not about being perfect — it’s about having space to be human while learning new ways to care for yourself.
