Psychologist
Princeton, MA

I'm Erica, an experienced psychologist specializing in college-age mental health and sport psychology. I know college is A LOT and I have the utmost admiration for students. You're balancing what feels like a hundred different priorities and sometimes it can feel like it's all just way too much. I am passionate about providing empathic support and tangible tools to help students work through the challenging times that often come with the pressure-filled environment of college. I worked in multiple college counseling centers and athletic departments around the country prior to heading into private practice. I am licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire and offer telehealth appointments so clients can be located anywhere in those two states. I applaud you for taking this step to get support for whatever you are going through and I look forward to connecting with you!

If you are seeking to gain deeper insight into your patterns of behavior, strengthen your relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change, you have come to the right place. I work with young adults, adults, and couples with specialized experience in treating anxiety and mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, OCD, as well as interpersonal and relational challenges. I believe therapy should be personalized rather than “one size fits all.” Therefore, building trust and cultivating a strong therapeutic relationship are central to my approach. Drawing from attachment-based and psychodynamic perspectives, I help individuals understand how past experiences shape the present. I also integrate skills from evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, cognitive flexibility, and behavioral change. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Mental Health Studies from New York University. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at Mount Sinai Services/Elmhurst Hospital, where I received intensive training in providing individual and couples therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns, and my post-doctoral training at the Center for Anxiety, a private practice setting where I deepened my expertise in evidence-based treatment. My prior clinical training includes placements at Weill Cornell Medical Center/NewYork-Presbyterian and the Parnes Clinic, where I specialized in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, trauma, and relational challenges. My doctoral research examined the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on mental health severity, further strengthening my commitment to understanding how individuals adapt and recover in times of crisis. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a supervising psychologist, supporting the professional growth and development of emerging clinicians. Patients often describe me as warm, compassionate, and collaborative, while also appreciating my honesty, directness, and willingness to challenge unhelpful beliefs.I ask thoughtful, meaningful questions designed to foster insight and help individuals better understand their internal experiences. I bring humor and presence into sessions, working alongside patients to identify patterns, build insight, and move toward growth, healing, and their most meaningful goals.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Concord, MA

I have experience working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, major life transitions, and burnout among other areas. I offer a calm, warm, and non-judgmental presence to those I work with. I tend to think creatively and enjoy deepening a sense of understanding by using art therapy or expressive therapies when appropriate. I enjoy helping others face their fears, learn new skills to tackle negative thoughts, and better understand how to process their emotions. I also have experience working with those navigating spiritual issues within the Christian faith. I offer compassion, understanding, and empathy as I work alongside those experiencing stressful life events, difficult emotions, or mental health struggles. I often use CBT and ERP for anxiety, depression, and OCD. However, I cater my treatment to each individual to best meet their needs. I use creativity and art therapy alongside traditional talk therapy. I invite you to reach out to see if we could be a good fit. I would be honored to guide you towards growth and witness your entrance into a new chapter of healing.

Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Westerville, OH

Hi! I'm Kade- a queer, nonbinary therapist that got bored of doing traditional therapy. Now, I work with clients in the outdoors (think: walk and talk therapy, or hanging out by a creek, or making nature art) or offer to bring in art and nature into our office or virtual sessions. I primarily work with LGBTQIA+ clients as well as those figuring out life after leaving or reconsidering religion. Many of my other clients are navigating life changes that feel chaotic or are just trying to give therapy "another shot". My ultimate goal for my clients is for them to get the support they're needing. So, I'll invite you to check in about what's working or not, and will work to co-create an approach to therapy based on your own needs. Therapy should never be a "one size fits all" kind of thing.

College can be exciting, but it can also feel stressful, lonely, or uncertain at times. You might be figuring out who you are, how to manage everything on your plate, or how to feel more like yourself again. I’m here to help you through those moments. I work with students who are navigating anxiety, depression, identity and relationship questions, sleep or focus challenges, and the ups and downs of college life. My goal is to create a warm and supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and find your footing one step at a time.

I enjoy working with young adults who are transitioning into more independence and finding what resonates for them as far as careers, family, friends, fun, and overall feelings towards themselves. I facilitate art therapy directives in session to help us find solutions to questions, feel better overall, self-soothe, augment self confidence, and have fun in the process of creating--because we are all creating our lives, all the time. College, whether undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral level, is a time of growth, hard work, and unknowns. Our therapy sessions are a comfortable and safe haven for what is important to you. You can expect to feel like you are in control of your life and your emotions, as well as feeling heard and validated in our sessions.

My name is Haeden Peaslee (pronouns: they/them) and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Art Therapist. I am a white, non-binary, neurodivergent individual working and living in the unceded territory of the Pennacook communities with the Pawtucket Village and Wamesit Village. I provide a combination of talk, play, and art therapy to clients. I utilize a client centered and strengths based approach with a focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and encouraging self compassion. I am always in the journey of decolonizing my therapy practice and finding ways to re-imagine my field and encourage colleagues to do so as well. During sessions I integrate beliefs in trauma informed care, anti-oppression work, neurodiversity, disability justice, health at every size (HAES), and gender affirming care among other areas of liberation work. My specialty is in supporting trans and nonbinary youth, young adults, and their families in both identity related areas as well as other mental health concerns. I also have extensive experience working with youth and young adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and autism.

There is a delicate balance between accepting life as it is and our inherent desire for change. This duality is at the heart of my therapeutic approach-creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel empowered to explore themselves, their experiences, and their potential for growth. I specialize in providing compassionate support for those navigating the complexities of major life adjustments, relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and personal crises. I approach this with deep respect for each person’s unique spiritual beliefs, existential questions, and process of meaning making. I draw inspiration from humanistic and transpersonal theories, integrating evidence-based modalities like Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also incorporate mindfulness practices, guided imagery, and grounding exercises to help clients build resilience, find inner peace, and cultivate a sense of agency in their lives. As an RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, I also believe in the transformative power of body-mind connection. I integrate elements of yoga, meditation, and self-care, recognizing the importance of maintaining balance, well-being, and grounding in the present moment. I believe this quote from The Lord of the Rings captures the essence of my work: “All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.” It is a reminder that we have the power to shape our lives, our healing, and the way we approach each moment. I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your own journey toward growth, healing, and transformation.

Life through any transitional stage is difficult, and college is certainly not an exception. I aim to help students find their way through an often challenging period of time. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, a lack of meaning or direction, substance misuse, or relationship issues, I will provide you with a warm space to process these issues and attempt to deeply see and understand your struggle. I value more than any other clinical skill, my ability to listen. Being truly seen and understood is often a catalyst for change and growth.
