My name is Rebecca Razumny, and I’m both a licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Massachusetts. I specialize in working with adolescent girls and adult women diagnosed with ADHD and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder—particularly those who have spent years masking, struggling with executive functioning, and navigating chronic emotional overwhelm. I launched my virtual private practice in 2022 and currently offer both individual and group counseling through telehealth. My therapeutic approach blends clinical insight, neurodivergent-affirming care, and behavior science. I work extensively with women who are coming to terms with a recent diagnosis, burnout from masking, academic anxiety, and difficulties with social-emotional regulation. My goal is to support my clients in reconnecting with their authentic identity and building sustainable strategies for success. I’m currently accepting new clients and offer a free 15-minute consultation to ensure a strong clinical fit. I accept most major insurance plans as well as private pay.
I enjoy working with college students to help them navigate this busy time in their life. I am a down-to-earth therapist and ready to be of support! I work with anxiety, OCD, depression, family conflict, self-esteem, and LGBTQIA+ support. Please feel free to reach out and we can schedule a free 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit!
Hello, some of my strengths include identifying and cultivating strengths in others, giving language to complex feelings, detangling complex issues and finding paths to wholeness. My goal in therapy is to support others to reach their personal goals and even help them identify what those may be if they are unsure. My ideal Patient is motivated to change and open to trying various techniques. I'm dual licensed in the States of Massachusetts and Illinois and provide only Teletherapy. I've been in clinical practice since 2013, yet have 20 years of experience through mentoring young adults. One of my strongest areas of expertise is healing from trauma, of all kinds. What I often find in practice are Patients unaware of neglect and abandonment that they have lived through. I support Patients in identifying pain, creating space to grieve and heal, and creating a new way to experience life alive.

What could you navigate in a safe space? I will use a warm, compassionate approach as we explore what you might be seeking. Perhaps you long for fulfillment or a clarified sense of purpose. Maybe you feel stuck in patterns that don't serve you. Perhaps you are sad or anxious, grappling with a relationship, or coping with a loss. I believe sorting out your thoughts and feelings together can yield a more enjoyable life. My background is concentrated in medicine and mental health, with a particular attention to the mind-body connection. I tend to work with a lot of college students and enjoy assisting clients with life transitions and identity exploration. My specialties include LGBTQ, gender, life transitions, disabilities, and career options. I earned a BA in psychology and an MSW in social work from Tulane University. I am licensed in Louisiana, MA, and New York. I look forward to hearing from you and beginning our work together.
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. Starting therapy-especially with someone new— can feel like a big step. As a new therapist, I bring fresh energy, deep curiosity, and a strong commitment to creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and truly yourself. I lead with a person-centered approach and believe that meaningful change happens when you feel safe to explore your thoughts and experiences without judgment. I work primarily with young adults navigating the complexities of identity, relationships, and the many transitions that come with this stage of life. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure of where to begin, you're welcome here exactly as you are. In our work together, you can expect honesty, care, and an affirming environment where all parts of you are invited into the room. This is an LGBTQ+ affirming space, and I'm committed to supporting you in becoming more grounded and secure in yourself while we explore whatever challenges you're facing.
It's ok to ask for help. But it's also ok to wonder if a therapist can really help you. It's true that I can't erase your past or instantly take away your pain (although I wish I could). However, I can help you carry your burdens more lightly, whether that means healing from trauma, finding closure from a relationship, or learning new ways of coping with depression and anxiety. I can offer you a new perspective on the issues that you are dealing with. You have struggled alone long enough. Therapy is your time to feel supported and understood. I have extensive experience treating a variety of issues (see list of specialties below). I use several therapeutic approaches including person-centered, strength-based, interpersonal, compassion focused, multicultural, and CBT. Therapy is not a "one size fits all" approach. We will work together to figure out the best approach for your individual needs. I know it's difficult to reach out to someone you hardly know and share struggles that are so deeply personal to you. I will offer you a safe space where you can just come as you are. Clients describe me as kind, caring, and nonjudgmental. Please contact me for a complimentary consultation to see if we might be a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you.

In that space, change can be nurtured in a warm yet challenging enough manner, to give you the tools that you need to show up in your community, family, school and work with joy and confidence. Whether you are struggling with cultural issues, body image and identity questions, or adjustment to the specific challenges of a learning environment, I invite you to reach out. You are not alone.
Welcome! I’m currently accepting new clients for in person and virtual sessions. I commend you for taking this important first step toward improved well-being. I utilize solution-focused and client-centered approaches as well as CBT and mindfulness. I believe that you are the expert of your life, and with thoughtful exploration, change and growth are possible.

Hello and welcome! I am a psychotherapist licensed in New York and Massachusetts with over ten years of experience in NYC. I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from New York University and Bachelors in Psychology from The New School. As a therapist specializing in psychodynamic therapy, I provide a warm and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and past experiences openly to gain a deeper understanding of your inner world. Speaking freely in therapy fosters an environment where new thoughts can emerge, leading to transformative change and personal growth. I have experience supporting clients through a wide range of issues, including depression, grief, self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, OCD, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. I take an integrative and personalized approach. I believe a positive and supportive relationship with a therapist can help us gain insight, develop self-compassion, and navigate the challenges of life. I provide in-depth talk therapy and integrate techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness practices. I am currently pursuing post-graduate clinical training in Psychoanalysis. During our initial consultation, I will guide you through the process and discuss your hopes for therapy. My goal is to support you in creating an enriching and fulfilling life based on your values. I am a trauma-informed, social justice oriented, and LGBTQIA+ affirming provider.
Welcome! I work with teens and adults in my West Concord office and via telehealth, including many high school students and young adults navigating major life transitions. I specialize in supporting members of the LGBTQ community, as well as parents and caregivers of children and adolescents. As a queer person and a parent, I bring lived experience that helps me connect with people across multiple communities and intersecting identities. Feelings are human, yet many of us learn to push them away. When we’ve been through difficult or traumatic experiences, we often develop protective parts of ourselves that guard us from vulnerable emotions and memories. In therapy, we can explore where troubling feelings or patterns originate and develop more compassionate ways to care for ourselves. My style is direct and open. I bring compassion, humor, genuine curiosity, and a sense of shared humanity to the therapeutic relationship. If you think I might be a good fit for you, please reach out to schedule a phone consultation. I look forward to connecting with you.

We know that searching for a therapist can be one of the most difficult parts of coping, healing, and self-empowerment, because it's the first thing you must do. You must force yourself out of your comfort zone and out of whatever routine you've had before, to take the initiative and embark on a new path. When we're at our best, stepping out of our comfort zones can be daunting; when we're feeling vulnerable, it can seem nearly impossible. No matter what prompted you to take this first step, we'd like to be there for your second. Our clinicians focus on creating an empathic environment where you feel safe and relaxed, and where we can use every tool available to brighten your present and empower your future.
