The typical challenges people face are embedded in fear of rejection, loneliness and disconnection - not feeling likable and lovable. Meaningful living can be achieved by acknowledging this fear and acting intentionally to create love, authenticity, and congruence. I believe effective counseling is grounded in a trusting and affirming working alliance. I work from an interpersonal perspective, meaning our professional relationship is the key to a positive and productive experience. Grounding my training in Existential-Humanistic theory, I seek to support your effort to find personal meaning and self-understanding, to explore your lived experience and discover the most genuine you. I offer support to achieve insight and the tools to cultivate purposeful transformation, enabling you to live a meaningful life in the face of uncertainty and potential suffering. We all take turns with suffering; we all take turns with joy. You can feel accomplished and connected; I can help.
We all face challenges in life, some big and some small, but each is significant in its impact on you individually. Whether you have experienced large or small traumas, ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, burnout, or are trying to understand and manage your emotional responses, I'm here to support your journey. There is no "right size" challenge to seek therapy and I'm here to support you regardless of how big or small you view your challenges. I am also trained in assessing for autism and ADHD, helping to not just diagnosis, but help you address life challenges you may face related to your neurodivergent superpowers.
Hi! I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Oregon and Idaho with 19 years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I enjoy working with college students navigating stress, anxiety, identity, relationships, burnout, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, with the goal of helping you feel supported while building practical tools for everyday life. Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, and I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
From the outside, it may look like you have everything under control. You're responsible, capable, and driven. But beneath the accomplishments, your mind rarely slows down. You're constantly thinking about what's next, replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, or feeling guilty when you try to rest. I specialize in working with driven young adults and professionals struggling with chronic anxiety, perfectionism, and self-imposed pressure. Many of my clients feel exhausted by overthinking, overwhelmed by expectations, and frustrated that success hasn't brought the peace or confidence they hoped for. Together, we'll work to quiet the constant mental noise, build self-trust, and create a healthier relationship with stress and achievement. Therapy is about helping you understand what's keeping you stuck and developing practical tools to move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and LGBTQ+ affirming. Many clients begin therapy feeling overwhelmed by pressure and responsibility. Over time, they often find themselves carrying less emotional weight, responding to challenges with greater confidence, and creating a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside. If you're ready to stop carrying it all alone, I'd be honored to connect.
I support clients with a variety of concerns, but I most often help clients with dealing with anxiety concerns, OCD, stress due life changes/transitions, and family or intimate relationship challenges. I value bringing transparency, authenticity and humor into the therapeutic process, as I believe these are foundations for trust and healing. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and supportive - please come as you are. If you are motivated and ready to put in the work that will lead to real change and a full life, I'm ready to help. Call or email me to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. I do my best reply to all messages within 48 hours.

Are you anxious, overwhelmed, or in need of a space to talk things through? You are in the right place. My name is Emma, and I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I love to support clients in deepening self-awareness and developing strategies for feeling more grounded and satisfied in life. Alongside this person-centered and emotion-focused approach, I also use CBT, EXRP, and BA for more highly targeted anxiety, OCD, and depression interventions that are effective and evidence-based. The therapeutic relationship creates a safe space to openly process thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement. As your therapist, it is my job to ensure that you feel understood, safe, and supported as we work together to help you achieve your goals. Are you looking for help in balancing school, relationships, work, family? Are you wondering if you chose the wrong major or nearing graduation and wondering where to go from here? You might be feeling stuck: disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or the kind of life you want to be living. Maybe you're navigating stress from high expectations or caregiving roles, or struggling to feel close to others even when you crave connection. You may carry pain from earlier experiences or feel like you've had to hide parts of yourself just to get by. Whatever brings you here, you're considering the brave and vulnerable work of change, and that is huge. I work with people who are ready to feel more grounded, more connected, and more like themselves. I bring a particular focus on working with LGBTQ+ and multiply marginalized clients navigating the emotional toll of invisibility, hypervisibility, or living in systems not built for them, but enjoy working with clients of all identities who may be feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I am neurodiversity-affirming, use an attachment-based lens, and provide letters for gender-affirming medical services. You don’t have to go through this alone, and you don’t have to explain your existence before we can get to the heart of things. In addition to individual therapy, I offer CNM-inclusive relationship therapy. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy and an attachment-based lens to help partners feel safer, more seen, and more emotionally connected. We focus on shifting out of reactive cycles and into more secure, responsive ways of relating. I bring a warm, relational, trauma-informed approach that honors your wisdom and your goals. Together, we can explore what’s getting in the way, deepen your emotional insight, and create space for more authenticity, clarity, and intimacy in your life. When you feel safe and seen, amazing things can happen.
My work integrates contemplative, relational, depth, mindfulness-based, and somatic (body-oriented) approaches to healing and growth. My practice is most influenced by Somatic Experiencing (SE), a naturalistic and interdisciplinary approach to healing I would be delighted to tell you more about. If you are looking for support in your healing journey, want to restore balance to your nervous system, emotions and relationships, and if a somatic approach is something you are curious about, I encourage you to jump onto my website, inner room (dot) net, and use my Online Booking system to schedule a free initial consultation.
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or weighed down by the pressures of daily life. Maybe you’ve been carrying old wounds, navigating painful relationships, or struggling to feel like your authentic self in a world that doesn’t always make space for you. You want relief, but also real healing- a chance to feel grounded, connected, and empowered in your own life. As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I understand the importance of honoring the intersecting identities and systemic influences that shape your journey.
Many of the students I work best with are navigating big transitions—adjusting to college or grad school, balancing academics with athletics, managing relationships, or figuring out what comes next. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or unsure of how to move forward. Some students come to me struggling with stress, burnout, or motivation, while others are working through challenges like past trauma, substance use, or relationship patterns that no longer serve them. I have a particular interest in supporting student-athletes and individuals dealing with performance pressure, identity, and the unique demands of competitive environments. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in old patterns and want to create meaningful, lasting change. In our work together, I focus on creating a space where you can be open, honest, and fully yourself without judgment. Therapy with me is collaborative—we’ll work as a team to better understand what’s going on and develop practical tools that fit your life. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and equipped to handle challenges now and in the future.
I offer a warm, relational style of therapy. My primary goal is to learn what has happened to you and how it affects your life now. I believe you can gain personal insight, a different perspective, and make changes to improve your life. I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma - single incident to complex childhood trauma, substance use issues, consensual non-monogamy, addictions, and gender exploration. EMDR and IFS are used to reduce symptoms and build your inner strength. I use other modalities to help you develop tools to soothe your system and empower yourself. We are going on this journey together and anything that happens in therapy is only with consent of both parties. Therapy can be fast or slow, you determine the pace.
A therapist that’s warm, direct, and deeply curious. Maybe you grew up in an environment where you had to stay on guard. Maybe you've experienced abuse, violence, betrayal, loss, or events that changed the way you see yourself, other people, and the world around you. Over time, those experiences affect us and change us in ways that last longer than the experience itself. You might find yourself stuck in patterns that once helped you survive but now get in the way of the life you want. You may struggle with anxiety, depression, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, or a constant sense that you're carrying more than everyone else seems to be. The good news is that these patterns make sense. They developed for a reason. The question isn't "What's wrong with me? " The question is "What happened to me — and what do I want to do with that story now?" Navigating that answer is the work we do together.
Hi, I’m Hailey Clark, and I’m glad you’re here. I work best with students who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves—often while trying to look “fine” on the outside. Many of the clients I support are navigating eating disorders or difficult relationships with food, body image, control, and self-worth. I’m a Certified EMDRIA Therapist, and I use EMDR along with a steady, practical approach to help you work through what’s fueling the struggle—not just the symptoms. You don’t need the perfect words to start; we’ll meet exactly where you are and move at a pace that feels safe and doable. If you’re looking for a space that’s grounded, supportive, and focused on real change, I’d love to connect.
