Treatment may include but is not limited to strengths based therapy, solution focused therapy, executive functioning management, exposure therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. Fees and Insurance: I am licensed to practice and accept clients from the following states: NY, PA, NJ, CT, FL, TX, IL and IN. Though I accept some NY insurance plans only, from time to time, there may be a waitlist if you choose to use insurance. I do not accept out of state insurance but can offer sliding scale if one is experiencing financial hardship. My goal is to make therapy accessible to everyone.
