I work closely with individuals experiencing trauma concerns, relationship difficulties, identity & self-esteem challenges, and anxiety. Many of the people I work with have learned to prioritize others' needs, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Clients come to me seeking deeper self-understanding, more secure relationships, and a stronger sense of safety—both within themselves and in connection to others. You may find that past relationships and life experiences continue to shape how you see yourself, navigate relationships, set boundaries, or respond to stress. I use a person-centered, attachment-focused, and somatic-based approach. Utilizing trauma-informed care, I often incorporate mind-body approaches and focus on nervous system support. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and others—so you can move toward the life you want with clarity and strength.

Maybe right now grief, anxiety, or depression are really loud, and together to make them feel less intimidating. We can also work on communication skills, relationship patterns, setting boundaries (knowing when to say no or when to push yourself), and helping you recover from and managing burn-out so that you don't feel trapped to keep pouring from an empty cup. These are areas I'm passionate in. I offer in-person or telehealth sessions on Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. Mondays are only available for telehealth. I also for a free 15minute consultation. I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology and hold credentials as both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have been in the field a little over 10 years and have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns; including depression, anxiety, identity formation, crisis management, addiction, and life transitions. My counseling style is very person-first and engaging. I believe in incorporating different therapeutic techniques in order to meet you exactly where you are during each interaction. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, person-centered, and solution-focused techniques. My goal is to have you feel comfortable and help guide you to develop healthy skills that encourage empowerment and self-discovery. Outside of my career, I am an animal lover that enjoys traveling. I enjoy being physically active and believe the best gifts are those you can experience! I am a fan of all Italian food and find comfort relaxing while watching a good movie or reading a thrilling book. I strongly advocate the concept of self-care and overall life balance. I understand how vulnerable and overwhelming it can feel to seek counseling and I appreciate the courage my clients display by doing so. I hope to support and provide encouragement as we begin this process together. I believe that every individual has the ability to overcome struggles and learn how to highlight their strengths that they may not even be aware they have! I look forward to working with you! Finding a good therapy match is crucial to bringing about the change that you desire in your life. Working with someone where you feel seen, understood and challenged in a non-threatening way creates the safety to explore the unknown and grow into your full potential. I have been in private practice for 16 years and I trained and worked at Tufts University Counseling Center for 4 years. In the wise words of author Sharon Salzberg, "If I opened my heart and mind big enough to take in the suffering, then there would be healing- not because the suffering itself is redemptive or healing, but because of the opening I was cultivating in the face of it."
