A lot of the people I work with feel anxious in relationships, stuck in overthinking or OCD loops, or emotionally worn down by managing a chronic health condition. In therapy, we focus on understanding your relationship patterns, calming anxiety, and building a stronger sense of safety and security with other people and with yourself. This is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out, just a place to feel supported and more grounded.
