Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma can have a big impact not only on school, but also your health and relationships. Or maybe you are questioning your sexual orientation, or gender identity. If you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling with transition, or finding it difficult to do the things you used to enjoy, I am here to provide a nonjudgemental LGBTQIA2S+ affirming space for healing.
My style of counseling is highly relational, down to earth, and nonjudgmental. I will encourage you to make positive steps towards growth and healing as we process life together. In my work with teen and adult clients I focus mainly on relationship issues, depression, anxiety and fear, stress, self-esteem, and life changes. You have taken a brave step to find support for yourself and I hope I can be a good fit for wherever you are on your journey.
I help people heal from chronic pain and persistent symptoms by working with the brain and nervous system. My approach blends evidence-based mind/body techniques with practical strategies for everyday life, helping clients regain control, build resilience, and create lasting change. I work with individuals both in-person and via telehealth across Colorado and Wisconsin

Do you feel sad, overwhelmed or stuck? Are you facing a difficult life transition or maybe you are struggling in your relationship? The circumstances of life can leave us feeling alone and uncertain of what lies ahead. We are more than our problems. We were not designed to face these deep challenges alone. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, aging, family conflict or life transitions, I’m here to work with you. In our deeply isolated and atomized society, seeking help can be a radical act. It can also require a leap of faith; you are trusting that someone you do not know will be able to help you navigate the challenges you face. By being here, you have already begun the work that will set you on a path toward greater connectedness and contentment. My passion is helping and together we will co-create ways for you to find hope, meaning, identify patterns, overcome obstacles and develop a pathway to meet your goals. I work with adolescents age 16 through adults offering individual, couples and family counseling. I aim to create a safe and compassionate space to help you understand your experiences and relationships with greater ease and more joy. Deep, loving and mutually gratifying relationships can happen in many configurations. In a non-judgmental way, I work to support you in having the relationships you want to have with the people you love.
My focus as an integrative psychotherapist is on holistic well-being rather than illness. We are generally born in a state of inner harmony, wholeness and health, and as we experience life’s ups and downs, our emotional state can become unbalanced. While validating challenges and offering guidance, my primary goal is to support clients in rediscovering their own inner resources to successfully move forward in a meaningful way. My approach includes an emphasis on creative potential; finding purpose and joy; growth and change; trust and respect. With empathy, warmth and practical tools, I support clients as they increase their understanding and confidence to make progress dealing with depression and isolation, anxiety and stress, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, communication challenges, boundary issues, self-esteem, life transitions, and family conflicts. I enjoy working with diverse populations of all ages and backgrounds as they gain wisdom and insight into their own lives and move toward personal empowerment and resilience. I’m particularly interested in parenting, healthy communications, life adjustments, self-awareness, and supporting caregivers whose loved ones have dementia. As a registered art therapist, I am also trained to provide a creative way for clients to express what may be hard to talk about, especially during times of crisis or difficulty. Art is universal and promotes playfulness, self-expression, and imagination. Art therapy can be a helpful addition to traditional talk therapy. It’s important that my clients feel comfortable and safe in the therapy room: seen, heard, validated, and understood. I look forward to joining you on your unique journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

Hi, I'm Keiran (they/them). I serve individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, panic, grief, shame, loneliness, trauma, and other emotional pain as well as individuals with marginalized identities including various gender identities and sexual orientations. Often, as intelligent people, we use our minds and our intellect to ease our struggles, but these difficult emotions have a bodily experience that is important to acknowledge and work with. My approach to therapy includes mindfulness, body awareness, somatic techniques, and an attachment theory lens. Understanding ourselves and our struggles via logic is a small piece of therapy. We can also get to know ourselves with a felt sense of our internal experiences, judgments, confidence, and other patterns by noticing how our mind and body interact. I believe we all have the ability to heal ourselves. My role as a therapist is to offer you extra support, a welcoming space, a different perspective, and a new approach to your struggles as you move toward healing. I also believe a good fit is a crucial part of therapy, which is why I offer free, 20-minute initial consultations for possible clients.
Many folks who sit with me share the weight of being a human in a world that does not seem to honor, value, or support them. It can feel exhausting to continue carrying our wounded selves through a sea of ongoing oppression and late stage capitalism. All the while, we continue to feel the pain of our childhood wounding and challenges with relationship and connection. It can feel overwhelming and hopeless. How do we find our way in all of this? Sometimes when I sit with others, I imagine we are sitting at a table where you can lay out all the many wounds, fears, disappointments, losses, and challenges of being a human. Together, we can look at each challenge and honor it. We honor what it has to say, what teaching it has, what pain it carries. Somehow, in the process of holding this space, we often find the tightness of the pain loosens. In this process, we develop a greater capacity for holding and processing emotion, paving the way for a richer life. As we move forward, we often discover a greater capacity for joy, connection, fulfillment, and love! After all, this is another hallmark of being human, finding joy and love alongside the pain and challenge. If you're interested in sitting at the table with me, please reach out for a free consultation. I look forward to hearing from you!

I have experience working with all age groups and have found passion for building a therapeutic relationship with my clients that feels safe, engaging, and real. I primarily use EMDR with clients and am trained in EMDR and flash technique. Some of the other theories and interventions I enjoy and work from include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Trauma Focused. I believe that all humans deserve a place to process and navigate the challenges of life and I hope to create that space during my sessions. I understand that finding a therapist can be a challenge, so I hope to chat with you to make sure that you feel I am a good fit.
