Welcome to Your Path to Empowerment and Personal Growth: As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I understand that college life can come with its own unique set of challenges—academic pressure, relationship struggles, identity exploration, and managing stress. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to support you. With a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services, I take a holistic and non-judgmental approach to therapy. I work with a diverse range of clients, meeting you where you are, and together we’ll work to uncover the tools and strengths you already possess to build a healthier, more confident version of yourself. In our sessions, you can expect an open, collaborative environment where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. My goal is simple: to empower you to thrive and become the best version of yourself, inside and out. If you’re ready to take the first step toward understanding yourself better, navigating your challenges, and growing through the process, I’d love to help guide you on that journey. Let’s work together to make your experiences more fulfilling, balanced, and aligned with your true potential. Carla
Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 11 years of experience in outpatient mental health, crisis response, and program management. I specialize in providing individual, group, couples, and family counseling, integrating evidence-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered approaches. I have extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams, conducting comprehensive assessments, and coordinating care across community and clinical settings. Recognized for improving client outcomes and building strong partnerships, I am committed to expanding access to quality mental health services and supporting diverse populations with compassion and expertise. In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and building a foundation of trust. I’ll ask questions to learn about your concerns, history, and goals for therapy, and I’ll also give you space to share what feels most important to you. Together, we’ll begin to create a plan that feels manageable and tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead. One of my greatest strengths is my integrative approach—I draw from evidence-based methods like CBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness while tailoring each session to fit the unique needs of my clients. I’m skilled at creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly heard and understood, while also helping them develop practical tools they can use in daily life. Clients often share that my balance of compassion, encouragement, and direct guidance helps them make meaningful progress and lasting change.
Cheers to you for starting (or continuing) your mental wellness journey! This part is not easy- but you can feel proud for doing so! Therapy with me will feel like a safe space to have meaningful and transformative dialogue. Together, we will identify a treatment plan that will help you in navigating: life transitions, relationships, trauma, breakups, family concerns, stress/anxiety, work/career issues, thinking patterns, self-esteem, etc. I believe our thoughts are pivotal in how we see others, ourselves, and the world. If you struggle with negative thought patterns, often feel “in your head” and struggle to thrive in your day to day, let’s talk! I have extensive training and experience with reframing unhelpful thoughts, imposter syndrome, decreasing stress & anxiety symptoms, and self-image concerns. Let’s work together to improve the relationship with yourself and others! My commitment to clients is to show up authentically, and to provide a safe space that allows you to do the same! While the work of therapy can be challenging and complex, I do my best to make it enjoyable, productive, and worthwhile! Please feel free to contact me with questions or to schedule your first session! Take care!

During our sessions together, I will support you in exploring the many parts of you and how they came to be. I will work with you to identify the negative messages connected to these parts of you. We will form a relationship with these parts and create a safe place for all of you to be seen, heard, and understood. In this safe place, you will heal yourself. Developing my own internal resources has helped me to move through some very difficult times as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. Using evidence based research, I provide care that values every part of you and respects where you came from. In those moments of pain and struggle and self-discovery, I will help you to choose yourself. I seek to create a safe and inclusive space for black-bodied individuals, first generation immigrants, LGBTQ+ folks, survivors of trauma, sex workers, and clients who are struggling with relationship and intimacy issues. My approach to mental health care is rooted in anti-oppressive and decolonizing frameworks. The treatment modalities that I use have been found to be effective across many cultures, ages, genders, and experiences. I am here to support my clients in rediscovering themselves, strengthening their mind-body connection, and living the life they have always wanted.

Hi! I'm Rosie (she/her). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of both Georgia and Texas. I work primarily with young adults (20s and 30s), and many of my clients are people who identify as LGBTQIA+. I have special focus in trauma processing, ADHD management, and career exploration. Throughout my social work career I have passionately advocated for racial, social and economic justice through the empowerment of individuals and groups including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, people with HIV, people experiencing homelessness, people with mental illness, people with disabilities, veterans, children and youth, and more. As a queer and neurodivergent therapist myself, I am mindful of how people’s identities factor into their experience of the world and their experience in therapy. I believe that people begin to heal the moment they feel heard. While I do incorporate interventions like CBT, EMDR, IFS, and distress tolerance, my first and foremost focus is to be unconditionally on your team and on your side. Past clients have told me that I am a natural listener and am genuine and warm in how I relate to people. When I am not obsessing over the personality psychology phenomenon known as the enneagram, I enjoy laying in the sun with a good podcast, jogging the Atlanta beltline, reading, cooking, yoga, and exploring the local food scene.
