I strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can freely express themselves, fostering a sense of trust and collaboration. I offer a safe and nurturing space for children, teens and adults to explore their unique identities and build skills to help with emotional regulation, behavioral issues, self-esteem, communication, problem solving, and resilience. My approach is client-centered, unique to each client's needs. Some of the modalities that I incorporate include play therapy, EMDR, ERP, strengths-based, and psychoeducation. Whether you or your child is seeking guidance through a challenging life transition, relief from emotional distress, or a safe space to process trauma, I committed to walking alongside you on your journey towards healing and empowerment.
Do you feel anxious and find your mind constantly worrying? Do you feel sad, down and hopeless? Do you find yourself struggling and stressed with the demands of everyday life? These feelings can be overwhelming and upsetting. I am here to support you as you work towards exploring, processing and learning how to better cope with these feelings. I specialize in the area of adolescents (18+), college students, graduate students and young adults with concerns related to anxiety, depression, relationships, school, careers, self-esteem and life transitions. I focus on the importance of building a therapeutic relationship by providing clients with a safe, non-judgmental space to explore and process their thoughts and emotions. I believe that clients have hidden strengths which can be revealed, allowing them to have the power to make positive changes and improve their quality of their life. I look forward to hearing from you!
I enjoy living in the corners and at the fringes of what stereotypical therapy might look like. It is important to me that those who are outcasts, quirky, different, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, and the marginalized feel heard. When we work together, I want you to feel like you matter (because you do). If you like the utilization of tarot and oracle cards, we can incorporate that. If you need resources on affirming places to practice spirituality, we can look at those. If you want to talk about kink communities and how to get involved with them, we can find them. Whatever works for you works for me, and I want to help you figure that out.
Hi, I'm Brianna (she/hers)! I specialize in working with college students experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, and/or managing life transitions and relationship issues. Typical concerns can include adjusting to college, managing academic or athletic stress (including injuries), health anxiety including complex or chronic illnesses, and relationship stress, as examples. I work with individuals seeking to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies and discover ways to improve their overall well-being, feel less anxious or stressed, and feel better in their day to day life. My approach is warm and collaborative to foster a trusting relationship. Using a blend of relational, attachment-based perspectives and skill building as needed, I help clients explore new ideas, challenge negative patterns or ways of thinking, and build resilience. You can expect me to share feedback, gently challenge ideas, and use humor in sessions. I'm also trained in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), an evidence-based treatment for chronic pain, and provide this therapy as well. If you’re interested in exploring new ways to manage life's challenges, improve your well-being, and feel more resilient please feel free to reach out to set up a free consult call. I look forward to speaking with you!
I believe in the quiet brilliance that lives within everyone. A light that may flicker beneath exhaustion, doubt, or the weight of being everything to everyone, but never entirely goes out. You are the steady one, the go-to, the fixer of things. Yet in still moments, the whisper comes:
"What if they find out I’m barely holding on?" Here, you are invited to lay it all down.
To exhale.
To listen inward. My mission is to help you return to your own knowing: the fierce, intuitive, radiant self that may have been buried beneath roles, expectations, and the noise of the world. Through thoughtful, compassionate therapy, I will help guide you, not toward becoming someone else, but toward remembering who you’ve always been.

Waking up each day to feel the weight of society’s expectations on your shoulders is overwhelming. There are times where you begin to wonder where you belong and if there is a place you can really be yourself. You were never given the opportunity to discover your true self and now you’re wondering who you really are! So many aspects of how you were raised and the things you experienced are holding onto you and keeping you from embracing new paths in your life. At times, it can be lonely navigating life while finding yourself, unlearning toxic beliefs, and learning to love the person you’re meant to be. But life is a journey! You deserve to wake up excited for the day and all of its possibilities. You are worthy of taking the time to stop and find yourself and discover who you want to be. It’s okay to acknowledge where you came from and the events that shaped you while also striving for a different path. It’s okay to question the ideals you grew up with and it’s okay to challenge the ones you feel don’t fit with who you want to be now! This is your life and you deserve to be in control of it. If any of that describes how you’re currently feeling, I would love to join you on your journey to self discovery. Finding yourself and your place in life can be challenging work but you do not have to do it alone. If you feel you’re ready to begin the journey, I am here to walk with you!

Sometimes this world is not the easiest place to live as we do not have control over every circumstance. We do, however, have control over how we respond to life situations we encounter. As humans, controlling our behaviors, our thoughts, our feelings can be a struggle at times. Therapy is a safe place to process, to learn, to grow so that we can react more effectively to life circumstances and to gain more control. College students are about adjusting into adulthood, finding independence, and developing a sense of self and directions. This is the time to utilize therapy to assist in the development of who you want to become. Trauma, mood disorders, relationship problems, anxiety, are many areas that college students suffer from due to past experiences or experiences encountered in college. Take the time to resolve and manage your mental health so that you can be the best version of you!

I use a variety of therapy approaches but most important to me is that you feel comfortable and heard. I strive to be sex-positive, anti-racist, and affirming for people of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
