I utilize research backed Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy as my primary treatment modality. I work full-time as a school and college counselor and obtained my License as a Professional Counselor while doing so. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing techniques to empower individuals to understand themselves and to achieve their goals by overcoming anxiety, depression, stress, life changes, and difficulty making decisions.
