I believe that therapy is collaborative process between the client and the therapist which assists in resolving client's specific needs and concerns, and enriches the overall quality of the client's life beyond just problem solving. I truly enjoy working with young adults that are going through life's transitions, whether is be: moving away from home, attending college, exploring new relationships, managing stress and anxiety. I also can assist with depression and feeling overwhelmed, family conflict, self esteem, unresolved trauma, grief/loss, and management of daily life stressors.

I do accept Student Resources Health Insurance but am not in network with them. I do file the claims for you and if your $250 deductible is met I charge $20 copay per session for that insurance.
